Please find attached herein the 2023 SIU permit P065 renewal application for Shamrock
Environmental Corporation (Shamrock) at 6106 Corporate Park Drive, Greensboro, NC
27412. Please note that Shamrock has marked the process schematics and drawings in
Section J of the application as Confidential Business Information that should not be shared
with the public.
As part of this renewal Shamrock requests that the local limit parameters on our permit, such
as flow, 5-day biological oxygen demand, total suspended solids, ammonia, phosphorus, etc
be permitted at the facility combined outfall for Pipes 1 and 2.

2018. Also included is the City of Greensboro Local Pollutant Allocation Document.
The Permittee and the State of North Carolina have 30 days from receipt to comment on this
permit. If you have any comments or objections to the permit, please notify the City of
Greensboro in writing no later than October 01, 2018. If no written objections are received
within 30 days, the permit will be considered final and binding.
Please return a signed copy of the signatory page (Page 2) to the City of Greensboro. The
signature requirement is to make the signatory official aware of his/her responsibilities. In
