The RP got foreclosed on and quit paying tank fees. Couldn’t get the foreclosing bank to pay the tank fees or to pay to haul off the dirt. I understand the dirt was hauled off (by whom I do not know), but it was still stockpiled when I sent in this report. Zebra said they have no records of hauling off the soil. The bank unloaded the property without a NRP 2 owners ago. The 3rd new owner now wants to sell it and has a buyer. Doug Mustain documented free product under pumps in 2007 (inspection report attached), at which time tank fees were current – was going to try to use that date on a Trust Fund application but the bank would not cooperate. The new owner thought everything was good when he bought it since he thought the bank cleaned it up. Never sent in a UST-2A, so Annette shows the tanks still in temp closure. Can this possibly go to state lead. Jerry Hinesley (RP) walked away from it + there were 2 orphaned tanks we took out here in addition to the 3 registered USTs. No one wants to pay me to work on this. Henry Nemargut, P.E.
