Dear Mrs. Woods:

On February 2, 2006, a point-of-entry (POE) carbon treatment system was installed at your home to treat the gasoline-contamined water detected in your water supply well. The treated
water was sampled on February 2 after installation and again on August 30, 2006 when the system was serviced (see attached results).

The system is working fine and removing the gasoline-related compounds. Therefore, I will be discontinuing your bottled water service. You can expect a call from LeBleu within the
next couple of weeks to arrange for pick-up of their dispenser and bottles.
