Receipt The samples were received on 12/2/2021 9:40 AM. Unless otherwise noted below, the samples arrived in good condition, and where required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 4.9º C. GC/MS VOA Methods 8260B, SM6200-B: The laboratory control sample (LCS) for analytical batch 400-559461 recovered outside control limits for the following analytes: 2-Hexanone. These analytes were biased high in the LCS and were not detected in the associated samples; therefore, the data have been reported. Method SM6200-B: The matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) recoveries for analytical batch 400-559461 were outside control limits. Sample matrix interference and/or non-homogeneity are suspected because the associated laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery was within acceptance limits. Method SM6200-B: The matrix spike / matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) precision for analytical batch 400-559461 was outside control limits. Sample matrix interference and/or non-homogeneity are suspected. No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page. VOA Prep No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page.
