In May 2000, UST release 21966 was reported followed by a second release under 23360. On 6/30/2014 a soil and groundwater notice of residual petroleum was filed in Book 1851, Page 570-573 for incident 21966 which was closed. Incident 23360 should have been closed under this same notice. As such, incident 23360 is being administratively closed as the conditions for closure were met with the NRP filed under 21966. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later determines that the discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the environment.
