(Wood) provided copies of the Conditional Notice of No Further Action as public notice to the Mecklenburg County Health Department, the Charlotte City Manager,and the Mecklenburg County Manager regarding the subject incidents. The letters were sent via Certified Mail on September 16, 2019. Attached to this letter are copies of the Certified Mail receipts and delivery confirmation receipts. To date, delivery confirmation (i.e. green card)for one of the three public notice letters has not been received. However, Wood confirmed delivery of the third letter on the United States Postal Service (USPS) website (attached). A certified copy of the final Notice of Residual Petroleum (NRP) recorded at the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds office on September 10, 2019 was provided to you under a separate cover (letter dated September 13, 2019).
