Dear Mr. Kramer: On November 16, 2023, the UST Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the information necessary to complete the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. This
information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division agrees with your consultant’s recommendation to attempt to abandon the water supply well north of the subject site. In addition, you must
conduct another Mobile Multiphase Extraction Event at this site and conduct a comprehensive groundwater sampling event
30 days after the MMPE event. The Groundwater Monitoring Report must be received by this office no later than March
31, 2023.
