The sampling was requested by the NCDWM-UST in a August 14, 2023 correespondence. Costs for the work were pre-approved on ePATA 47003-016. The site’s location, vicinity, and layout are shown on the attached Figures 1, 2, and 3. Terraquest personnel wearing new disposable nitrile gloves, collected a groundwater sample from the potable well at the Mitchell residence (PW1 (MITCHELL)) on October 25, 2023. The spigot was first allowed to flow for sufficient time to purge plumbing and allow for the collection of a sample representative of the aquifer. The sample was collected directly into the laboratory-provided containers. The containers were labeled, packed on ice, and shipped to an NC-certified laboratory for analysis per 6200B. As shown on the attached Table 1 and analytical report, the results did not have any petroleum-type compounds reported at concentrations in excess of the lab’s reporting limit. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact us at (919) 563-9091. Sincerely, TERRAQUEST ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, P.C. Ryan D.
