On November 15, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management (the Division), Mooresville Regional Office received the Corrective Action Performance Report for the subject site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division has determined that
monitoring well MW-10 must be added to the current sampling schedule. The next groundwater event should occur in December 2023, with the results included in the Corrective Action
