On December 14, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the subject property. This report has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division agrees with your consultant’s recommendation to conduct another MMPE event. The next groundwater sampling event should be conducted in June 2024, and the Groundwater Monitoring Report must be received by this office no later than July 31, 2023.
