Enclosed please find the analytical results for a water samples collected on November 2, 2023 from the Bradshaw water supply well, identified as WS-9 before and WS-9 after, located at 125 Alexis-Lucia Road, Alexis, Gaston County. Please perform a health risk evaluation and send the evaluation with your recommendation and a copy of this memo to me. I will then forward the health risk evaluation and recommendation to any well users. Please note that WS-9 after did not report any constituents above the laboratory’s method detection limit.
