The Joint Warren County/State PCB Landfill Working Group has discussed in detail
issues relating to membership attendance and participation. There is some concern
about absenteeism on the part of some members. It was noted that you have not
attended a meeting in quite some time.
We would very much appreciate hearing from you concerning further participation.
In the event you find that your schedule does not afford you the time to attend
meetings, then you do have the option to designate someone to attend and vote on
your behalf.
I have enclosed copies of the approved member designee list, by-laws and current
