I have been asked by the Joint Warren County/ State PCB Working Group to invite you to
Warrenton, NC for an interview on December 13, 1995 as the final step in the selection process
for a science advisor. You are one of two finalists chosen to be interviewed that day.
The agenda for the day will include a visit to the PCB site at 12noon, a 3 0 minute interview with
the three co-chairs of the working group and a 90 minute interview with the members of the
working group. You will be given 20 minutes to make any introductory remarks you deem
necessary to the working group. Each member will then have an opportunity to ask you one
question. If time allows after each member has asked their question, a second round of questions
will occur until the full 90 minute session has expired. The members of the working group will be
provided with a copy of your resume. A copy of your proposal has been placed in the Warrenton
Public Library for interested persons to review. A brief technical summary on the landfill will be
sent to you in the mail within the next week.
You are expected to bare the expense of you round trip travel to Warrenton. Warrenton, NC is
approximately 80 minutes from Raleigh by car. Arrangements can be made to transport you to
and from Warrenton if you so choose at no additional expense to you. Please advise me of your
preference. It is anticipated that your day in Warrenton will conclude at approximately 6pm.
I would like to thank you for pursuing the science advisor contract. I along with the co-chairs
look forward to meeting you on the 13th.
