Enclosed please find Mr. Patrick Barnes' (BF A Environmental Consultants) response for the
Science Advisor position for the PCB Landfill in Warren County.
I have paper clipped the pages that detail his educational background/certificates and letters of
recommendation. He appears to have addressed the criteria for the Science Advisor position as
well as provide us with the proper information detailing his background.
As of today, we have not received any additional response from Pauline Ewald or Joel
Hirschorn.
