ECO's multi~disciplinary approach to project management, as well as our system of designating Project Officers to specific contracts, ensures that work for all clients will proceed in a cost and time expedient manner. ECO can offer the advantage of a highly experienced and capable Senior Management Staff, fully accustomed to working under and meeting deadlines.
