Routine Compliance Inspection Response Plan
Dear Mr. Colvard:
Per your request, WM is providing Graham County Sanitation Department that the Pine Bluff Landfill may
accept (a) whole or broken wooden pallets and (b) incidental yard waste that has been comingled with
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Pine Bluff may also accept non -incidental yard waste in a lined MSW landfill
pending the facility has an operational beneficial reuse from the landfill gas. Currently at this time, the
facility is evaluating the potential for a beneficial reuse facility in the following year.
