Bill, On behalf of South End Property Owning Sub, LLC, I am providing the attached In-Situ Soil Characterization Assessment Work Plan for the Dilworth Auto property. As noted in the work plan, the PD hopes to send an additional 1,600 cubic yards of soil generated during excavation for pile caps to the AJACC Auto Brownfields Property. Field work is tentatively scheduled for mid- April, and soil export to the AJACC Auto site (if approved) is tentatively scheduled for mid- to late May. Please let me know if you have any questions.
