This office acknowledges the receipt of your Free Product Recovery Report on December 15, 2021. Your
cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and maintained in the Guilford County Health
Department in Greensboro.

The review of the report indicates that no free product has been detected at the site since October 2021. It
appears that MMPE and AFVR events conducted is effective in free product removal. Therefore, a free
product measurement needs to be conducted in two months. If no free product is present, a groundwater
sampling event needs to be conducted.
