The site is scheduled for regulatory closure with a NORP deed restriction.The soil portion of the deed restriction notes that the property must remain in commercial or industrial use. The groundwater portion of the deed restriction notes that groundwater underlying the site is not suitable for use as a water supply, and prohibits the installation of a water supply well on the property. At this time petroleum products are not present in the groundwater at concentrations exceeding their respective 15A NCAC 2L Groundwater Quality Standards.
