I am sending this message to acknowledge the receipt of your Groundwater Monitoring Report 
– May 2020 for the subject site.  The report has been reviewed and maintained in our office.  

The review of the report indicates low dissolved oxygen level and negative oxidation‐reduction 
potential (ORP) in most monitoring wells.  Low oxygen and negative ORP in groundwater 
indicate that natural attenuation of petroleum hydrocarbon may not be effective at the 
site.  You may use some technologies to increase the oxygen level in groundwater for 
enhancing natural attenuation.
