This office acknowledges the receipt of a Soil Confirmation Sampling Report dated December
13, 2022 for the referenced site. Your cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed
and maintained in the Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro.

Soil confirmation sampling indicates that no soil contamination exceeds residential maximum
contaminant concentration (MSCC) after completion of soil excavation. Therefore, land use
restriction does not need to include soil in the notice of residual petroleum for this incident unless
the UST Section later finds that soil contamination exceeds residential MSCC.
