This office acknowledges the receipt of a Semi-annual Monitoring Report dated October 20, 2022 for
the referenced site. Your cooperation is appreciated. The report has been reviewed and maintained in
the Guilford County Health Department in Greensboro.

In the report, you request to abandon recovery wells RW-1 through RW-4. The review of the historical
groundwater monitoring results indicates that these wells have never been sampled. Therefore, these
wells need to be sampled for laboratory analysis, and the results need to be submitted for our review.
