On behalf of ExxonMobil Environmental and Property Solutions Company (E&PS), Arcadis G&M of North
Carolina is submitting the recorded Notice of Residual Petroleum (NORP) for the above referenced site. The
NORP has been recorded in response to a North Carolina Department of Environment and Quality (NCDEQ)
Conditional Notice of No Further Action dated August 12, 2022, (letter) requiring that a NORP for the site be filed
with the Register of Deeds for Guilford County. The recorded NORP is included as Attachment A.
Per the August 12, 2022, correspondence, a copy of the letter will be provided by certified mail to required
recipients and the proof of receipts will be submitted to Guilford County.
