Petroleum product was released andlor discharged at the Site. Petroleum constituents remain on the site, butare not a danger to public health and the environment, provided that the restrictions described herein, and anyother measures required by DEQ pursuant to N.cG.s. Sections l43B-27g.g and l43B-27g.1.1, are stricfly compliedwith' This "Notice of Residual Petroleum" is composed of a description of the propefty, the location of the residualpetroleum and the land use restrictions on the Site. The Notice has been approved and notarized by DEe pursuant toN'C'G'S' Sections 143B-2799 and l43B'279.11 and has/shall be recorded at the Guilford Counry Register of Deeds,office Book 39 , Page 28
The RI Building LLC is the owner in fee simple of all or a portion of the Site, which is located in the Town ofGreensboro, County of Guilford, State of North Carolina, and is known and legally described as:
ALL of Lots 5,6,7 and8 in Block l, Section 2 of the Comwallis Development Co. Subdivision as shown
on a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page28, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Guilford
County, North Carolina, and in Plat Book 4Q Page 68, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of

The above land use restriction(s) shall be enforced by any owner, operator, or other party responsible for thesite' The above Land Use restriction(s) may also be enforced by DEQ through any of the remedies provided by law ormeans of a civil action, and may also be enforced by any unit of local government having jurisdiction over any part of thesite' Any attempt to cancel this Notice without the approval of DEQ (or its successor in function) shall be subject toenforcement by DEQ to the full extent of the law, Failure by any pany required or authorized to enforce any of the aboverestriction(s) shall in no event be deemed a waiver of the right to do so thereafter as to the same violation or as to oneocourring prior or subsequent ihereto,
