in accordance.
with Article 13B of the General Statutes of North Carolina and all rules promul•
gated thereunder. The facility is located on the below described property.
Beginning at an iron stake, a witness corner, located seven (7) feet south of
the run of Gin Branch, and also being North 7 degrees 05 minutes East 446 feet
from an oak tree in the dividing line between the lands now or formerly owned by
Roy Jackson and,the 70.2 acre Johnson Tract; thence with the run of Gin Branch
the following courses and distances to a stake in the run of Ashpole Swaxps
South 85 degrees 34 minutes East 486 feet; South 57 degrees SO minutes East
385 feet; South 33 degrees 30 minutes East 582.5 feet; South 16 degrees 45
minutes East 346 feet; South 89 degrees 40 minutes East 274 feet; South 35
degrees 10 minutes East 256 feet.
Thence with the run of Ashpole Swamp in a southwesterly direction to an iron
stake, said iron stake being located South 8 degrees 10 minutes West 9I5 feet
from said iron stake in the intersection of the run of Ashpole Swamp and the
run of Gin Branch; thence North 85 degrees 50 minutes West 1,494 feet, with the
Barker -Johnson line, to an iron stake in the rein of Little Ashpole Swamp; thence
South 5 degrees 15 minutes West 296 feet, vith the Barker -Johnson line, to an
1,ron stake; thence North 86 degrees 53 minutes West 287 feet, with the Barker-
Johnson,line, to an iron stake; thence North degrees 05 m1 utes
