On June 7, 2023, the Division of Waste Management’s Underground Storage Tank Section, Mooresville Regional Office, received the notification that a release from the UST system at the above-referenced site had been observed. Please note, for No Further Action status to be granted at this site, a receptor survey is necessary, documenting that no water supply
wells are located within 150 feet of the release. This statement must be signed and sealed by a North Carolina Licensed Geologist or Professional Engineer. Until this information is received or Division personnel have time to conduct a receptor survey, the site’s Risk Classification will remain Unknown.
