Dear Mr. Newton,
AECOM Technical Services of North Carolina, Inc. (AECOM), on behalf of Speedway LLC., is
requesting an extension for the activities associated with MMPE and subsequent groundwater
sampling activities at the above site.
The earliest AECOM could schedule the MMPE activities with the subcontractor was September 25,
2023 through September 29, 2023. The GW sampling activities shall be performed 2 weeks after
conclusion of the MMPE. It is believed that an extension to complete this work by November 15,
2023, should be sufficient.
