On September 1, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. This information has been
reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. The next groundwater sampling event must be conducted in January 2024. The Groundwater Monitoring Report should include the MMPE data and must be received no later than August 31, 2023.
