Your request for additional time to submit the Corrective Action Feasibility Study at the above referenced site has been reviewed by the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management (the Division), Mooresville Regional Office.  Based on the information your consultant has provided with the request for an extension, the request is hereby granted until February 29, 2024. Failure to submit the report by the extended due date may result in a recommendation for the assessment of civil penalties beginning from the original due date.
