Dear Ms. Williams: On May 18, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank Section of the Division of Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office, received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. The reports have been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division has determined that the Corrective Action Feasibility Study, may be delayed until after the next groundwater sampling event. The next groundwater sampling event should be scheduled for October 2023. The Groundwater Monitoring Report must be received by this office no later than November 30, 2023.
