Dear Ms. Shell: On August 16, 2023, the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Section of the Division of Waste Management (the
Division), Mooresville Regional Office received the Groundwater Monitoring Report for the above-referenced site. This information has been reviewed and will remain in the UST Section’s files. Upon review, the Division agrees with your consultant’s recommendation for additional injection in the areas around MW-11, MW-12, MW-14, and AS-1. This
injection should be completed by the end of February 2024, with the first sampling event conducted 3 months post-injection.
