Dear Mr. Kirkpatrick:
On October 23, 2023, David Powell representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management
Solid Waste Section (Section) conducted a compliance inspection of the above reference facility. At the time of the inspection, Section staff observed that the remaining waste had been removed, recoverable material
processed and mostly utilized. Documentation of proper waste disposal was provided via email to Mr. Powell on
October 19, 2023. The Yard Waste Notification is vegetated and Edge of Waste (EOW) markers in place and perimeter road established.

This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated November 8, 2022, and the Notice of Continuing and Additional Violations dated January 1, 2023, have been satisfied and the violation(s)
