ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Permanent, easily visible markers are in place to show the edge of waste area for the yard waste. Some of the yard
waste appears to be located outside of the edge of waste markers. Ensure that all yard waste is contained within
the edge of waste markers.
2. The yard waste site is located on the same tract of land where the town's public works materials are kept.
3. The yard waste site is separated from the public works area.
4. The facility is secured by a locking gate and fencing.
5. Ponding water was observed within the yard waste area. The yard waste area should be graded so that water is
shed away from the windrows.
6. No unacceptable wastes were observed within the waste stream. Continue to ensure that any unacceptable wastes are
removed as they are identified.
7. Digital photographs were taken during the inspection.
