1 – Inspected pump tankers: VIN – 1HTKHPVK7PH588109; NC License 28975774 2 – Waste tank volume is 800 gallons and 400 gallons fresh water 3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger than three inches on both sides of the truck 4 – Tanks appeared structurally sound
