1 – Site has proper signage 2 – State vehicle was unable to pass due to soft sand and low clearance. 3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate 4 – Septage discharges appear to be within permitted boundaries 5 – Crops are present according to the nutrient management plan 6 – No objectionable odors or vectors noted 7 – Setbacks appear compliant
