On August 10, 2023, Mr. Tim Davis, representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section (Section), conducted a compliance inspection of the above referenced facility. At the time
of the inspection, Section staff observed that affected soils had been removed, subsurface soils were
satisfactorily sampled and analyzed, and sample results approved by Connal Boyd, Section Hydrogeologist, on
August 2, 2023.

This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated March 1, 2023 have been
