The Division of Waste Management (DWM) has reviewed the referenced document submitted to
the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on July 19, 2023. This report was a revision of
the First Five Year Review Report dated February 27, 2023. The revised report satisfactorily
addressed our comments from review of the original February 27, 2023 document, which were
submitted to the Seaboard Remedial Action Trust in a letter dated May 26, 2023. The DWM also
approves the recommendations included on pages 28 to 30 of the report.
