Laboratory results and chain of custody for the samples collected on 8 March 1999 are shown in Appendix D, Enclosure 1. Laboratory results and chain of custody for the samples collected on 15 January 2001 can be seen in Appendix D, Enclosure 2. IV. GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS Groundwater elevations were not taken during the 8 March 1999 sampling event; however, they were measured on 15 January 2001. A table showing the groua.0 --.- z!wations, along with monitoring well data, is enclosed as Appendix B, Enclosure 2. A groundwater contour map is enclosed as Appendix C, Enclosure 5. V. CONCLUSIONS Laboratory results revealed an increase in concentration of tetrachloroethene in four out of the six wells sampled. These wells are MW-2, MW-3, MW-4 and MW-6. Decreases in the z contaminant were seen in Wells MW-I and MW-5. Since all monitoring wells contained u u tetrachloroethene to some degree, the full horizontal extent of contamination could not be estimated.
