In 2006, the tanks associated with this facility were removed and a groundwater notice of residual petroleum was filed on July 27,2020 in Book 825, Page 622. As such, incident 26621 is being administratively closed as the conditions for closure were met with the NRP filed under 23895. This determination shall apply unless the UST Section later determines that the discharge or release poses an unacceptable risk or a potentially unacceptable risk to human health or the environment.
