or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1) This facility consists of two above ground 8,000 gallon steel tanks for a totalcapacity of 16,000 gallons for
the storage of domestic septage and portable toilet waste.
2) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(b): An all-weather access road is maintained.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(c): No holes or cracks which may allow the escape of septage were noted.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(e)(2) and 15A NCAC 13B .0838(g): No vector or odor issues were noted.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(i): Some vegetation was noted within 5 feet of the tank. Please keep the area
within 5 feet of the tank clear and free of vegetation.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(k): Proper signage was posted on site.
7) 15A NCAC 13B .0838(m): Setback requirements appear to have been met.
