or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

This inspection was conducted as a follow-up spot check to the January 281h inspection and associated NOV
dated February 24, 2023. Reliable Onsite Services provided photos indicating that all issues noted in the NOV
were resolved and this inspection served as confirmation.

2) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(1): The tanks were affixed to the vehicle as required.
3) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(2): Valves appeared to be in working order and were closed at the time of
inspection.
4) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (a)(3): Ports were closed and sealed at the time of inspection.
5) 15A NCAC 13B .0835(a): No leaks were noted during the inspection.
6) 15A NCAC 13B .0835 (b): Lettering on trucks 1, 2, and 3 was at least three (3) inches in height and listed
the company name, town name, phone number, and permit number as required. At the time of
inspection, lettering on truck 4 was too small. Lettering was corrected following the inspection and Mr.
Lynch sent photos to Ms. Williams.
