FROM: Herb Berger, Central Office, UST Section SUBJECT: Request for Health Risk Evaluation for Well Sampling Results Handy Mart of Liberty Incident #30208 Liberty, Randolph County, WSRO
Water samples were collected from two municipal supply wells located within 1000 feet of the subject site on January 12, 2021. Detectable compounds were reported in the samples. Supply well WSW-1 is located at 218 West Raleigh Avenue, Liberty, NC and WSW-2 is located at 234 North Greensboro Street, Liberty, NC. Please perform a health risk evaluation on the attached analytical results and send your determination to our office. Our office will then forward your evaluation to the well owner.
