Water samples were collected from a well located at 234 N. Greensboro Rd., Liberty, NC on September
2, 2016 which is operated by the Town of Liberty. The Town of Liberty supply well is identified as WSW-
2 on the attached analytical report. Please perform a health risk evaluation on the analytical results and
send your determination to our office.
