Water samples were collected from a well located at 234 N. Greensboro Rd., Liberty, NC on April 30, 2015 and operated by the Town of Liberty. The Town of Liberty supply well is identified as WSW-2 on the attached analytical report. Please perform a health risk evaluation on the analytical results and send your determination to our office.
