State Road, Wilkes County, NC Incident #22446 Dear Mr. Moody: The North Carolina UST Section sent you a letter on or around November 1, 2012 requesting information pertaining to the carbon treatment system installed at the referenced site. According to the United States Postal Service, the letter was delivered on November 7, 2012. As of December 11, 2012, the UST Section has not received a response to the letter, and it appears that the treatment apparently the system is no . As the letter indicated, Therefore, the UST Section intends to authorize removal of the treatment system. The UST Section is not certain if the residence is occupied and the treatment system is needed any longer. Please contact me at 919-707-8170 to discuss this matter.
