The Division of Waste Management completed a health risk evaluation (HRE) on analytical data from a water sample collected at 1020 Old Hwy, 21, State Road, NC on March 9, 2010. The HRE was completed on March 25, 2010. The affected well is located adjacent to the gasoline service station you reportedly owned and operated. According to the HRE, the water is not recommended for any residential use at this time. Information available to the Division indicates that you own the property, and the property is currently being rented. As such, you are responsible for insuring that your tenant has a safe source of drinking water.
