Tabor Date:Friday, July 28, 2023 3:51:00 PM Attachments:2019 YWN Small Type 1 Rules .1401 through .1410.pdfTDDS 2021 Rules 15a ncac 13b .0208.pdfTDDSS_Quick_Reference.pdf Thank you, sir. I will keep the last email you sent with both files as the Process going forward. Please understand you do not have a permit but a Yard Waste Notification (YWN), 2 acre site and a Temporary Disaster Debris site, which must be approved and activated during a emergency storm event. So, the RED area on your map should not be used until activated and an emergency storm event. Should operations change or alter beyond what you have described, be sure they meet rule for Disaster Debris and/or Yard Waste (Small Type 1) in rules I have provided previously and here again. Also, would be best to contact our office and discuss beforehand to be sure. Thanks, and hopefully we won't need the debris sites for many years. Be safe in this heat and thank you again. If I can assist, please let me know. Thanks, David C. The map shows Two areas for yard waste The Yellow/ Green area is less than 2 arces for permitted site. This is for normal pick up of yard waste limbs, leaves, debris is push up to windrows . The Temporary Site to be mulch and hauled to landfill to complete the cycle. The Town is currently waiting on Robeson County Landfill to complete the extension of yard waste site . When completed the Town will pick up yard waste from customers and haul to Robeson County Landfill . The Town will still have the yard waste site open for temporary holding if the landfill at Robeson county has to stop for mulching or other reasons. The Red Site Area This area is for major storm work and temporary to the town is back to normal pick up and will be hauled to Robeson county Landfill Areas are marked off and divided by fence line
