On July 20, 2023, David Powell representing the State of North Carolina, Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section (Section) conducted a compliance inspection of the above reference facility. A copy of the report

While that report does include corrective actions that need to be addressed by Cumberland County Solid Waste,
this letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Deficiency dated December 12, 2022, have
