(III) INSPECTION SUMMARY: On July 28, 2022, John Stauber, Compliance Inspector with the North Carolina Division of Waste Management, Dry Cleaning Solvent Cleanup Act (DSCA) Program, conducted a Compliance Inspection at
Executive Cleaners. The inspector met with Mimi Cho, store attendant, who provided the inspector access to the facility's equipment.
The facility performs no dry cleaning at this facility. The dry-cleaning equipment has been removed from the site. Ms. Cho said it was sold to Mr. Kim at New Garden Cleaners. The inspector will stop by New Garden Cleaners and confirm. (IV) RECOMMENDATIONS: A DSCA Compliance Program Checklist (#0000) was NOT issued to Ms. Mimi Cho, attendant of Executive Cleaners, indicating any compliance issues to be addressed (no response required).
