All excovotion work will be inspected ond approved before proceeding with construction. Suitable moteriol removed from the excovotion shell be reused in the grading ond backfilling around structures. The site shell be cleared of oil unsuitable moteriols, such os fill or organic moteriols. Any undercut shell extend o minimum of five feet beyond the concrete pod or oreos requiring structural fill. All exposed corners shall be chamfered 1" unless otherwise noted. All metal building anchor bolts, dowels, etc. shell be placed before concrete is poured. Minimum concrete cover for all reinforcing is 3" except as noted. The contractor shall coordinate with the equipment suppliers and verify the geometry of the foundations with respect to actual building dimensions pr_ior to ony fobricotion or construction of building foundations. Slobs shall hove hord trowel finish, grode woll and building column piers shall hove Closs B finish. All concrete shall hove a minimum compressive strength of 4000 PSI at 28 days. All reinforcement shall be ASTM A615, Grode 60. Metal deck and connections to structural steel shall be in accordance with requirements of Steel Deck Institute, Inc. 5. Steel joists shall be designed, fabricated and erected to the requirements for the specifications of the Steel Joist Institute. 6. Joist manufacturer shall be a member of the Steel Joist Institute. All bridging shall be in accordance with SJI standards, unless noted otherwise on the drawings. 7. Joist manufacturer shall design bridging assuming no bracing is provided by the roof deck. 8.
